This gentelmen approached my car window last night. Begging for change to go toward gas for his car stranded a little down the road. I proposed a deal, change for his photograph. He agreed as long as I wasn't the police. I forgot to ask his name. I have no idea if his gas story is credible or not, but I would like to think he was being genuine.
